We offer two types of Phosphating that we are licensed to do: Zinc, and Manganese. Both are applied by immersion and assist in holding pipe dope on the connection and as a rust inhibitor.

• Manganese Phosphating is typically used when corrosion resistance is needed. It also lowers surface friction and improves wear resistance.

• Zinc Phosphating is used for rust resistance and is a great base layer for paint or other additional coatings.
